Ambidextrous IWB Spare Magazine Carrier Split Mold & Trim Jig – For Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO, Walther PDP, and Springfield Armory Hellcat Magazines

Designed for professional and hobbyist holster makers alike, this ambidextrous Inside-the-Waistband (IWB) split mold and trim jig set offers precision, flexibility, and durability for crafting premium spare magazine carriers.

Engineered specifically for Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO, Walther PDP, and Springfield Armory Hellcat magazines, this mold is ideal for vacuum forming Kydex, Boltaron, and Holstex thermoplastics. The mold features 20 top layers to resist deformation during heat exposure and must be prepped with PTFE dry lube prior to forming to prevent bonding—improper lubrication may result in damage to the mold during part removal.

Key Features:

  • Belt Attachment Compatibility: Built-in drill indicators support a variety of horizontal-mount belt clips, including standard FOMIs, DCC Monoblocks, and others with 0.875" (22.225mm) spacing.
  • Adjustable Cant: One elongated hole allows for up to 10° of cant adjustment, offering versatile carry options.
  • Magazine Retention Device (MRD) Integration: 3/4" (19.05mm) spaced drill indicators allow easy installation of an MRD for fine-tuning retention and draw resistance via a side-mounted hex adjustment.
  • User-Friendly Design: The carrier's mouth features a built-in flare for smooth, rapid re-holstering. A slight ramp between belt attachment holes prevents magazines from contacting the slotted posts, reducing wear & tear of your mags.
  • Recommended Printing Material: For best results, print using PETG or a filament with a higher heat resistance to withstand the temperatures involved in vacuum forming hot thermoplastics.

Trim Jig:
The trim jig pairs with a flush cut router bit to ensure clean, symmetrical trimming of the formed shells. Builders can either use the supplied jig, freehand the trim, or design their own custom jigs as desired.
