Everyone knows the problem... The filament spool becomes lighter and lighter during printing.

If it becomes too light, the spool tends to slip off the drive rollers in the AMS.

The same also applies to external spool holders.

To weigh down the filament spool, there are hundreds of solutions. But hardly any of them are universally usable.

That's why I sat down at my PC and designed something of my own.

My weight can be installed with a spool width of 58-86mm.

It can be installed with an inner diameter of 53-73mm.

Filling it is possible with anything you can get your hands on.

An optional knob helps with tightening and loosening the weight.
