Greetings everyone!!!

Ten years already! The little Benchy has come a long way, and in the same period, 3D printing has made a breathtaking technological leap. To celebrate Benchy's 10th anniversary, I couldn't bring myself to create a Benchy that all modern printers can produce straight out of the box in 15 minutes… Today, we can create technical, precise, and multicolored parts. I pushed my P1S to its limits, running it day and night to offer you this extraordinary model.

To pay tribute to the work of Mr. Daniel Norée, I wanted to retain as many elements as possible from the legendary original Benchy while adding my personal touch. I am therefore delighted to present this giant Benchy equipped with a Bi-Turbo V12 SWAP engine. The engine is functional; it is powered by a small electric motor that also drives the boat's propeller. All components are available in your BAMBULAB shop, and you will find the complete list at the end of the description.

Feel free to modify the colors, to print only the V12 engine, or to assemble it without the electrical components and, above all, do not hesitate to publish your photos (I love seeing your creations). I have written a complete and illustrated assembly manual, but I remain available for any questions you may have during assembly.

Happy Birthday BENCHY!!!

This seems so cool! But there are so many non-3D-printed parts and I will become bankrupted if I buy them. Your assembly instructions also clearly state that you need patience to complete this model, and I have none of that.

Oh no!!! W12 engines are often (almost always) cobbled together from a pair of VW V6s… Nothing beats a good old V-engine!!! The only one I might attempt someday would be a W16, inspired by Bugatti (which is also a Frankenstein creation of VW engines)

If a V8 isn't enough for you, take a V12… If the V12 isn't sufficient, add two large turbochargers!!! A Benchy with some serious horsepower!!!

Thank you for the compliment, the next one will be either a W16 engine, a more realistic engine, or a combination of both

Hello, with an A1 or A1 mini? For the A1 mini, the motor yes, but the boat will need to be cut in two and glued together If this solution suits you, I will take care of it quickly For the A1, it will suffice to slightly modify the arrangement of the parts Let me know
