Starting with the 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2mm Standard @BBL X1C profile. I had initially tried a single print; however, the cape of the character requires supports, which would rest on the model stand. This worked for the first few layers, but I guess vibration eventually contributed to layer adhesion issues, and the on-model supports for the cape broke off, resulting in a print failure. I recommend breaking the model into objects, then separating the character from the stand, printing them separately, and gluing them together.</li></ul></li><li>Remove small overhangs: Disabled</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Others<ul><li>Prime tower<ul><li>Width: 32mm</li><li>Brim width: 8mm</li><li>Note: This model was designed and printed pre Bambu Studio v2. 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 10% infill

In preparation for the 2025 PowerShell + DevOps Global Summit, I designed and modeled a variant of the PowerShell Hero. It is a very complicated and long print, and I had a lot of failures, but in the end I was able to get several to display and give away at the conference.&nbsp;I originally began modeling the character from a single front reference image, in Blender. However, without a side profile image, it was very difficult. I tried a few 2D-to-3D generators online, but none were very good. Using CSM, I was able to get a mesh to start with. I cleaned it up and re-sculpted it in Blender, then painted it in Bambu Studio.&nbsp;Enjoy, and thanks for looking!
