Description
FULLY PRINTED CIGAR HUMIDOR – WITH STORAGE FOR ACCESSORIES
A practical, good-looking solution for casual cigar lovers
This is a fully 3D-printed cigar humidor, ideal for occasional smokers who want something functional, stylish, and fun to print. It may not fully replace a traditional wooden humidor for long-term storage, but it works great for casual use, travel, or small collections.
The design is optimized for PLA wood filament, which gives it a warm, authentic appearance and helps regulate interior humidity. The inner cigar compartment is entirely made from PLA wood—even if you choose to print the outer lid in a different filament for contrast.
WHY THIS WORKS
With the gel I’m using, it keeps my cigars at a steady 70% humidity. PLA wood not only looks the part—it’s also slightly porous, helping maintain a more stable internal climate than standard PLA.
The design features a humidification capsule, a dry storage section, a hygrometer slot, and a magnetically mounted box with a perforated sliding lid to hold your humidity agent. It also includes two printed TPU gaskets to help maintain the internal humidity.

ASSEMBLY GUIDE

3. Slide the wooden inlay into the lid. Add glue if necessary.

4. Join lid and box using the M3x20 screws. Don’t overtighten.
5. Slide the small TPU gasket over the hygrometer and press it firmly into the lid from the outside.

7. Slide the humidity capsule into its slot inside the lid. It clicks into place via magnets. Fill with gel and close the lid.
