This is a custom-designed replacement blade compatible with the Fuxtec FX-E1RT20 cordless grass trimmer (Rasentrimmer). 

The design closely replicates the official blade and offers a functional, cost-effective alternative for users with access to a 3D printer.

 

Each print job produces 3 blades and uses just 3.59 grams of filament. 

The total print time is approximately 15 minutes: 9 minutes for the actual model and 6 minutes for printer preparation. 

The model is optimized for easy printing—no supports or additional post-processing are required. It's ready to use straight off the print bed.

 

The prototype was printed in PLA, which is suitable for light trimming and testing. 

However, for improved durability and flexibility PETG or TPU are recommended.

 

Ideal for DIYers and garden tool enthusiasts, this blade design is a practical replacement solution that saves both time and money.
