Update 11/11/25 - I&#39;ve added the grid and walls for the DTS 2.0 2-Drawer cabinet in addition to the original 3-drawer model. I colored the 2-drawer models yellow for the sake of clarity. The 2-drawer grid regrettably has to have some support because of the small grid build into the front of the drawer. I use support material, but I set this up for default support material. If you prefer to use PLA support filament for the interface layer you need to change that. The surface where the supports will be removed will be on the bottom and hidden from sight.&nbsp;I also added a number of bins sized to fit the front recesses around the latch mechanism. These make decent use of that space if that works for your setup. You see there are a number of plates with subtle variations. Read the plates label or look at them from the bottom to count the grid squares. Basically, there are bins that are 1.5x5, 1.5x5.5, 2x5, and 2x5.5 grid squares and with heights for the 2-drawer &amp; 3-drawer cabinets. Keep in ming the grid square bin bottoms are quartered to give more flexible positioning. The plates are in groups of left and right bins. One has to be longer, 5.5, and the other 5.0 long. That is the reason for so many plates.&nbsp;I also change my method of labeling the bins. If you are familiar with my prior bins with corner labels you&#39;ll know the labels are fixed and permanent. I&#39;ve now made the label separate and connected by 8x2mm magnets. Of course you can glue them in place but I decided to make them magnetic so the bin can be easily repurposed.&nbsp;Please note, I have resized the height of the 3-drawer bins here in comparison to prior bins I uploaded in another post. The other were about 3mm shorter than the grid walls and I wanted to correct for that.&nbsp;I will be updating the other model with the new height bins soon.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The bins pictured in the 4th photo will be uploaded soon…search for “DTS2.0” or visit my profile.

DTS2.0-Dewalt ToughSys 2.0 tool cabinet-Gridfinity - for 2-Drawer &amp; 3-Drawer Cabinets. &nbsp;The grid is 10.5 x 6.5 grids. I modeled various bins that have the bottom grid pattern quartered allowing the bins to sit spanning over a half grid. This model is specific for the Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 and maximizes the grid layout to include the recess areas to the side of the latch. It prints in parts that have integrated “walls” that cover up the drawer slide fasteners and provides a nice clean look. There are spacers for the back that make sure the grid doesn&#39;t shift when the drawer is opened and closed.&nbsp;Future models associated with the Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 cabinet will include DTS2.0 in the title to aid in finding the models.Look for the print profile appropriate for your largest printer. The A1/X1 profile prints with fewer parts and is the best option if you have one of those printers.
