Description

A Pilates style balance board to work on foot and ankle strength. You can slide the riser bars into the pads at different places to create different angles for balance practice.

There are two plates for the risers, you can start with the easy tolerance and if you want a tighter fit use the tighter tolerance place. I printed in PETG for the boards but PLA likely would work too. You can add some grip tape to the top surface if desired as well. The print orientation is set up for best strength, so the layer lines don't match up with stress points and create weak spots between the pads and bars, and also to allow the smoothest roll on the bars. This leads to a longer print time, but I believe worth it. You connect the two pads with the TPU lace, or use an old shoelace or other string to connect them instead if you don't have TPU.
