This set of three 90-degree cone templates brings clarity and precision to your spellcasting. Designed for 1x1 inch grid-based gameplay, these cone sizes range from 15ft, 30ft, and 60ft - perfect for fire-breathing dragons, burning hands, or any cone-based spell.

The standout feature of this set is the full-sized 60ft cone. Due to its size, full 60ft templates are rare - 

this one is split into four interlocking parts, making it printable on standard-sized beds while still being an accurate scale and usable.

The included holder keeps the full 60ft cone (all four pieces), along with the 15ft and 30ft templates, neat and organised. Great for dm's and players who like a tidy table and quick access during encounters.

You can print the ‘lid’ for your existing or new organiser, with a simple press-fit design to help keep everything in place.

What’s the Difference vs. the 53° Cones?

Unlike the 53° cone templates (which limit their total length and width to the spell’s stated range for tighter, grid-accurate play), these 90° cones spread much wider, reaching out to the full spell distance and expanding 90° from the caster’s point. This results in a broader area of effect that covers a larger section of the table — ideal for classic D&D visualisation and tables that prefer dramatic, high-coverage spells.

While the 90° cones follow the traditional spell illustrations seen in older D&D materials, they can sometimes exceed the intended coverage for tight tactical encounters. These are perfect for groups who value theatre-of-the-mind visuals or prefer the classic AoE feel over strict grid-by-grid precision.

A1 Mini Version Available: All cone pieces—including the full 60ft cone segments—and the holder have been adjusted to fit the A1 Mini’s print bed. Two print profiles are provided: one for full-size printers and one optimised for the A1 Mini.
