Description

This is a comfortable tool too align and install the 35 mm dust rings that RockShox uses.

It works quite well for these, could be it is also suitable for 34 mm dust rings (untested - you can modify the Fusion file or let me know the measurements of the dust rings for 30/32/34/36/38/40 mm forks and I will create the stl!).

Just put the ring on the tool and position the thinner end inside the fork and hammer away gently until the ring is seated evenly.

I would need the total OD of the new ring, and the OD and height of the lip that the little spring ring rests on to have enough clearance, then I can add it, no problem.

That would be awesome! this is what I got OD - 47.63 mm OD of upper - 41.26 mm Lip height 4.76 mm does that sound right?

Those are almost the dimensions of the Pike Ring Tool, apart from 35 vs. 38 mm stanchions - are you sure it's a Zeb you measured? :-) Or maybe I just left a bunch of space on the previous tool...I'll see what I can make of this, but would be cool if you report back on the fit. Will upload it as soon as it printed.
