No-Face (顔無し, Kaonashi, lit. "Faceless") is a character from Spirited Away.

 

Simple keychain. Print two, glue together. Holes for filament for a perfect alignment.

Well, those are the limitations of FDM printing technology. However, you can rotate the model at an angle and try printing with tree supports, for example; this might reduce the visibility of the layer lines on the "front" part of the mask.
