Multiboard heavyduty single screw quad offset snap

I live in a part of the world where houses aren't made of cardboard, so I made this offset snap for mounting multiboard tiles using a single screw. It's based on Jonathan Kobylanski's original snap, but with a bunch of tweaks to make it work better with a single center screw.
