Description

This has been done in LightBox Format to save filament and weight.
The box is about 15mm deep. I did not put a hole for cord or hanger but you can easily drill one to fit if needed.
The Face consists of the logo and sides.
The Face (0.6mm) has a thin layer behind it called FaceBack (0.6mm), usually White, to diffuse light.
The back consists of the Backplate (1mm) and Lip (2mm) to hold the sides. The Sides to Backplate should be a friction fit but due to humidity or your printer you may need some glue. I use E6000 if needed and printed all in Bambu Lab PLA Basic.
All designs are printed on my A1 with AMS Lite.
In Bambu Studio, click from Global to Objects to modify colors to fit your AMS locations. No need to use Paint.
The Parts of the model are separated and most have identified colors to show the differences for AMS selection.
I only have 4 colors to choose from but if a design has more, the designs are created to allow all parts to have correct colors if you have additional AMS spools.
If you choose to resize the model remember that the Z dimension will change as well. This will make the back thinner/thicker and the lip much shorter/taller. I usually resize the back Z axis to return to the original dimension after X-Y changes.

This was done on a Bambu Lab A1/AMSLite with 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, Textured PEI Plate, Face DOWN for consistent texture, 5x10x3mm Prime Tower, reduced Flush Volume to 0.7, Wall Generator is Arachne, 15% Gyroid Sparse Infill.

REMEMBER to change the PRINTER and NOZZLE to match what you are using.
