Handfile/Fingerfile for climbing
Print Profile(1)

Description
A simple file to sand down calluses and skin tears, mainly for use in climbing/bouldering. Can of course be used in other fields of application. It comes with a snap-on cover to protect it from outside influences, in my case chalk dust.
Additional required parts:
- Some form of sand paper (grade of your choice)
- Glue
The sandpaper has to be appropriately cut and applied (glued) to the printed part. It should not be thicker than 1 mm, otherwise it may interfere with the cover. The area for the sandpaper is ~73mm length and ~20mm width

The file is designed with a slight curve in longitudinal direction and a curve, flat part and and edge in the cross-section for better sanding properties on small areas, i.e. fingers. (see the last two pictures). My version is printed in PETG but PLA should be no problem since the bending parts are not under load when stored.
