Strong 3D Printed Carabiner with Ribbed Screw Lock – Lightweight, Durable, and Purpose-Built for Strength
This 3D printed carabiner is designed with function over ease of use in mind. Built to handle serious loads (tested with 10kg dumbbells) while using only 14g of filament, it prints in just 20–32 minutes (without bed levelling) depending on filament type and color setup (single or dual color).
Unlike swivel or clip-in designs that may loosen or degrade over time, this carabiner focuses on maximum strength and durability.
The ribbed screw-lock mechanism offers a solid, non-slip grip — ideal for use even with gloves or wet hands.
The clip-in gate is intentionally tighter and more rigid than on other models. While this makes it a bit harder to snap items in place, it ensures superior resistance to deformation — exactly what you want when reliability matters.

⚠️ Recommended: PETG or stronger (like ABS, ASA, or carbon fiber-infused filaments) for real-world, load-bearing applications
