Description

Good day, ladies and gentlemen.

I do enjoy playing some tennis every now and then.

Alas, the local tennis club does not really take care of its courts.

The net itself, plays a huge role in the game obviously. And keeping the net to the correct height and "shape" is important.

In order to do so, you need a couple of posts per court witch will push the net up to the proper height.

And depending on the design of the net, some small height adjustment might be necessary.

In the club I play these posts do not exist, leaving the net lower than specified.

I used standard aluminium tubing (OD: Ø25mm, ID: Ø21mm) and around them I designed these height adjusters.

The "nut" part has a free sliding fit over the tube and will rotate around the "screw" part to adjust the post's height.

I printed them in ASA keeping in mind they will be exposed to the elements for their whole life. CAD file and print file, attached.

Feel free to use or modify to your needs.

Cheers.
