Ah-ha! Perry the Platypus!
How unexpectedly expected of you to show up right as I'm about to unveil my most diabolically lazy invention yet...
Behold... the Procrastinator 9000!
Now, I know what you're thinking: "Doofenshmirtz, isn't procrastination usually a bad thing?"
And to that I say, EXACTLY! Which is why it's perfect for evil!
You see, Perry the Platypus, I used to sit at my computer, staring at my Microsoft Teams screen, only to have it go "Away" the second I dared to stand up and microwave some schnitzel! How dare it assume I'm not being productive, just because I'm not flailing my mouse around like some kind of caffeinated lemur!
So I invented this little beauty! The Procrastinator 9000 subtly, sneakily—slyly—moves your mouse every few minutes. Just a wiggle here, a nudge there, enough to fool Teams into thinking I'm working when I'm actually binge-watching baking competitions from Luxembourg!
No more Away status! No more judgemental coworkers sending “Are you there?” messages! I am always online, always available… and doing absolutely nothing! Mwahahahaha!
Now if you'll excuse me, I’m going to sit back and let the illusion of productivity carry me into early retirement!
—Wait, wait, what are you doing with that tail?! Don’t touch the self-destruct button, Perry the Platypus! That’s not for you, that’s for when Microsoft sends an update!!
