I tried to create a screen accurate badge for the severed level of the great Apple+ series SEVERANCE that can actually be used.
It accepts your credit card/ID-cards in SEVERANCE style.
Hot to print:
Printing on textured surface recommended (although not screen accurate)
Suport is required. To remove support, first carefully cut the bottom with a knife and lever out with a needle or the good old dentist's tool.
After removing the support material the badge should be ready to accept eg. your credit card, bus ticket or any other card according to ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 (85,60 mm x 53,98 mm x 0,76 mm).
The model and print profile ist designed that the card slides in with a little bit of friction and is held in place with the small feature and the lanyard.
If the card is too loose or too tight, try calibrating your printer or scaling up or down the model slightly.
