Description
These are dies for pressing out louvers in sheet metal. The larger one works for 3" slots, and the smaller one works for 2.5" slots. You need to cut a slot in the sheet metal before use. I used these on aluminum that was 0.063", but I'm sure it would work on thicker aluminum and probably steel as well. I used a 5 ton press but didn't get above 1 ton. I added models to print with posts that line up the top and bottom, and without posts in case your material is wider than mine. You'll probably need to find another way to make sure the top and bottom are aligned without the posts.
