It can help keep people with hypermobility from overextending their finger joints. Aka makes sure the fingers only fold down, not up.

its for people to prevent hyperextention in their fingers for further injuries. basically to keep it going down, not up :)

I just made these for myself and my daughter but one thing I must point out, is that this isn’t just for injury! it’s to prevent injury, and actually feels better on your finger when wearing them. they prevent over extension that happens naturally with hyper mobility.

It would be cool to have an opposite version of this so you can't bend your fingers down and that would be useful for people who jammed their finger

just wear it upside down

I have hyper mobility and whenever I injured one of my fingers I just try to not use it as much for a few days and eventually it gets better, but this looks like it would actually help! so thank you for you design ❤️
