A Gift of Time: The Free Time Timer for Kids with Autism
Some mornings are harder than others—especially when the world feels overwhelming and unpredictable. That’s why I created this simple Time Timer, originally for a friend whose child is on the autism spectrum. Their family needed a clear, calming visual tool to support a consistent morning routine. Something that didn’t beep or buzz—just gently showed time passing.
It worked.
Now, I’m offering it here for free. No catch. Just something small that might make a big difference in someone else’s life.
This timer is:
- Designed for neurodivergent minds – Clear, visual, and predictable.
- Tested in a real family setting – It helped one little guy have smoother mornings.
- Free to download and use – Because helping each other shouldn't come with a price tag.
If you're a parent, caregiver, or teacher—you’re welcome to use it.
If you’re a maker, designer, or thinker—maybe this sparks an idea. Feel free to improve it, remix it, and share it forward.
Because time should help us, not stress us out.
Let’s make routines a little easier, together.
