Hi !

I made these card boxes to better organize my Pokémon collection inside a custom wooden chest I built years ago. It's not your typical fantasy-style chest — instead, it opens on both sides, and each side has space for these modular boxes. It's made of plywood, and has brass hardware (hinges, corners, handles). Honestly it's really too big and has become very heavy ! I wouldn't recommend making one this big, but for use organising my cards at home it's great. 

The lids clip shut, and each box has a really nice, secure feel. There are finger holes in the lids to open them. I also made a 3D-printed chest which is much more manageable, and the card boxes clip into that one satisfying with little nubs that line up to the screw holes. The boxes have holes on their ends so they can be screwed into the chest walls with 14mm self tapping screws, and I bolted them together as well with 16mm M3 bolts and locknuts. I didn't use the Bambu lab screws and bolts, but they will work just fine ! Keep in mind you will need to drill pilot holes for the self tapping screws into the wood

I used Matte PLA and transparent PLA from Siddament. But I use lots of Matte PLA from Bambu labs in my projects, and you can use the transparent PETG from Bambu Labs for the lids if you like, honestly the hinges would be stronger in this ! 

There are three sizes:

• Long – storeshundreds of cards
• Small – great for storing decks
• Wide – ideal for toploaders, damage counters/coins, or miscellaneous items

There’s also a simple card separator model I made to go with these, which I might post separately, but I've allowed space for cards to be stored sleeved and to use the original Pokémon separators. These helped me keep my collection sorted and easy to grab for game nights or just when I want to deck build. Hope they help you too!
