Semiquavers, or sixteenth notes, seem to be the perfect companions when dealing with stubborn, self-closing musical scores. They help me daily during piano lessons.
Just place the two inner notes behind the book and the two outer notes on the desired page (as in the photo) to provide steady, firm support.
