i use epoxy to fill the gaps an then car filler. just sprayed it with non glossy varnish (still wet)

how come its really hard to attach pieces using dowel connectors its literally almost impossible to push them in and i already attaching 1 piece and it went through holes leaving open holes where i was attaching?

filament expends dowel gets bigger solution scale the dowel down . . . . .

Yeah it’s because when I cut the model into 256x256x256 and upload it, Bambu Studio checks all the profiles for X1C, X1, P1P, X1E, P1S but only leaves A1 and H2D as compatible. I think it's due to the enclosure makes the build plate slightly smaller in the slicer. so i have to cut them at 250x250x250 to be able to upload profiles for X1C, X1, P1P, X1E, P1S hence more parts
