Description

Here’s a simple and effective cable management upgrade for the STAHLWERK MIG/MAG 200 ST Plus welder.
UPD: It also fits the model: CTM 416 Puls pro (tested by @user_3549673724)
The cable wrap brackets allow you to conveniently wind the power cord around the top of the welder, making it much easier to carry and store.

No modification of the welder is required. The brackets attach securely using the original screws and fit perfectly into the designated mounting points near the carry handle.

Each bracket consists of two printable parts that should be glued together (gel-type superglue recommended).
Designed specifically for this model — not compatible with other welders.

Printing tips:

  • Material: PLA-CF recommended for strength and matching color
  • No supports needed
  • Print orientation: as laid out on the bed
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm or finer for best results

🔧 Assembly Instructions

  1. Unscrew the original bolts
Take out the screws near the carry handle (you will reuse them later)

  2. Glue the parts together
Each bracket consists of two parts. Use gel-type superglue for best results.

  3. Detach the plastic caps
Unclip the original end caps on the handle mounting points

  4. Gently lift the side molding
Flex the plastic side molding slightly to allow fitting the bracket underneath
  5. Insert the bracket
Slide the glued bracket into the cap slot, making sure it fits the groove
  6. Push the molding back in place
Make sure everything sits flush and aligned
  7. Reinsert and tighten the original screws
No need for longer screws — the originals are long enough
