Hello, Nice box, print finished, but I regret that the lid tab broke on first use. I'm disappointed, as three hours of printing were for nothing! Printer: A1 Combo Filaments: Yellow PLA Basic Bambu Lab Grey Sunlu High Speed

Hello @Zetof , My apologies for this issue I have printed three of these travel boxes and haven’t experienced this problem I strived for an optimal balance between box rigidity and tab flexibility, but it is indeed a potential weak point To be safe, gently pull the tab—just enough to unlock it, approximately 5mm

Hello @Zetof, following your comments, I have made modifications to the case: - Improved flexibility of the locking tab - Added a slider to the back of the case for easier toothbrush removal (also reduces the amount of filament used) - Added a small grip to the end of the locking tab for improved handling If you wish to try another print, please download the new STL file (OralB_TravelBox_EXT_v2.stl) Sincerely

It's very practical, however the overhangs on the sides were too large, which caused holes in the model, but apart from that everything works well 👍

looks good, there is a bit of overhang issue around the bottom part.

Hi There, Printed the case and it printed extremely well and looks fantastic. Unfortunately it doesn't fit any of our 3 electric toothbrushes they are all Braun Oral B Pros. the case is just not deep enough and the lid wont slide over.

The size fits perfectly without any issues, but it might be better to orient it at 45 degrees and add supports

Hello Zandor, Thank you for your design efforts and the new version. Yes, I'll print it again, but I don't see the version 2 file (OralB_TravelBox_EXT_v2.st). Only version 1 appears in the downloads (OralB_TravelBox_EXT.3mf)! One question: Do I have to print again just for the lid? Or both the lid and the box for version 2? Sincerely,

Hello @Zetof , I see version V2 in the STL files (the first version has been removed) You may download only the 'OralB_TravelBox_EXT_v2.stl' file and print it alone No need to print the inner casing Do not use the .3mf file as it is based on the first version (this is a file uploaded by another user) Sincerely

No supports for the overhang and the latch to lock the design is too long, making it ineefetive after some use.

overhang issues as others mentioned on the bottom of the insert. additionally the tab does not seem to stay engaged with the inner case, meaning it slides open unexpectedly. my work around for now is a rubber band around the top.
