Description

Give your furry little friend the perfect playground with this foldable 3D-printed hamster wheel. Designed with practicality in mind, this model breaks down into several easy-to-print parts that fit together smoothly. The clever split design eliminates the need for excessive support structures during printing, saving filament and reducing print time.

Assembly is simple and requires only a minimal amount of glue to secure the parts - super glue (cyanoacrylate) is recommended for a strong bond. The two-part cross mounts and the triangular side frames slide together to form the wheel’s rotating structure. The outer ring provides a safe and smooth running surface for your hamster. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced 3D printing enthusiast, this project offers a fun and useful way to create a cozy gym for your pet.

Features:
✔ Foldable design - Prints in small, flat parts for easy handling
✔ Minimal supports needed - Designed to avoid large support structures
✔ Perfect for hamsters - Offers safe exercise space for your pet
✔ Customizable - Print in any color to match your pet habitat

✔ Simple assembly - Requires only a small amount of glue for secure setup

This foldable hamster wheel is the ideal combination of clever design and pet care. Make life more fun for your small pets and reduce 3D printing hassle at the same time.

This type of wheel design is not safe for hamsters to use. The hamsters arms or legs can get caught between the spokes get hurt.

Strength Issue:It was flimsy at the base and hard for my mice to turn or run on it due to the flimsy base. I am looking into ways to modify it so they can enjoy it.
