Description

The iPhone USB-C DiagDock is a 3D-printable alternative to Apple's USB-C diagnostic dock, designed for technicians who need a cost-effective solution for pre- and post-repair testing. It features a bottom compartment for added weight (e.g., sand, screws, nuts, fishing weights) to improve stability, ensuring a secure setup during diagnostics.

🔹 USB-C Repair Dock Alternative – A practical stand for iPhone diagnostics.
🔹 Stable & Weighted Design – Fill with sand (screws, nuts, fishing weights, etc.) and seal for extra stability. Bottom cover has fit-press design, but can be glued.
🔹 Easy 3D Print – No supports required, quick and efficient to make.

Perfect for repair professionals who want a reliable and affordable alternative to expensive tools!

it can be used as a normal iPhone dock with USB-C but there are tons of better designs so I don't know if it's worth it :)

because the phone is to heavy for that especially on the top, so gravity wants to do its thing and push the phone down causing your charger to break

Great job! I wanted to make this model myself=) I didn't think I'd find it here. This saved me some time. I made myself a slightly different version with a solid bottom cover with screws.

that’s awesome do you have the file uploaded to makerworld? I like this design but thought it would be better with screws and the cable slot a bit deeper.

works great for my Innioasis Y1. I added coins to the inside to give it some weight.

Other Issues:The charger does not fit properly, it is way too tight and when I put the charger through, it ended up breaking my new charger.

Had to sand down the connector a little to get the cable to fit into the opening. but otherwise it worked great!
