Description

Replacement spacer ring for Orbea Occam / Rise / Wild for their pull and turn derailleur hanger system. You'll still need to use original metal shim that is between the bearing and this piece. Don't use the part without it as it will be pushing on a bearing gasket, instead of the inner ring.

Printing with PETG is recommended

This piece broke on my bike and I can't find a replacement, so I made this, maybe someone else will find that helpful too.

Original piece seems to be pushed by axle into a bearing, which in turn pushes on seatstay, which then pushes on a derailleur hanger and then on the rear hub. Plastic part can't be used in that sandwich to apply all the required pressure, so the replacement part is made shorter. Now axle pushes on a derailleur hanger which pushes on a hub, and the spacer only removes play between axle seatstay and chainstay with a bit of pressure. It works on my Occam and already tested by a couple of trails. It's possible that on your bike the distance between bearing and end of derailleur hanger is a bit different. Feel free to scale by Z axis, or leave a comment - I'll make an adjusted version.
