Description
The dust extraction system I developed for the milling machine ensures a clean and safe working environment – directly at the source of the dust. By effectively capturing chips and fine dust directly at the milling head, emissions are significantly reduced, machine uptime is extended, and workpiece quality is improved.
The design is modular and flexible: A specially shaped nozzle almost completely encloses the tool without restricting its freedom of movement. The connected extraction hose directs the particles directly into a high-performance extraction system, preventing dust from entering the work area. At the same time, the workpiece remains visible – ideal for precise work.
The construction is designed for maximum efficiency and easy assembly. Whether wood, plastic, or aluminum – the extraction system adapts effortlessly to various materials and working conditions. This not only improves workplace cleanliness but also protects the machine's lifespan and the user's health.
