3/4" Pressure Washer Inlet Filter

This is a 3D printable replacement housing part for the common 3/4" plastic pressure washer inlet filters found under brands like Clen, as well as many generic models sold on Amazon etc. The design fits the original inner mesh filter, O-rings, and seals – which are often the same across these widely available models.

I’ll be testing this design throughout summer 2025 and will update this page if it breaks or needs improvement.

• Designed to accept original mesh filter, O-rings, and seals from generic filters
• Compatible with many brands using a 3/4" inlet, including Kärcher, Nilfisk, Bosch, Makita, and Husqvarna
• Traditional BSP 3/4" thread
• Gardena like quick connector

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA for best durability and pressure resistance
• Orientation: Print horizontally for maximum strength. This requires support material and leaves some artifacts on one side. Vertical printing gives a cleaner finish but may be less strong under stress. Also, use a small layer height so the thread comes out nicely.
