Printed on my H2S with a 0.6mm nozzle using the .30 layer standard profile, the tolerances are a bit too tight and my z-files won't fit. The length of the blade is a bit longer than the relief in the model, so had to trim a little with a razor blade.

That tracks. I've noticed that some of my StewMac files (as well as other StewMac tools) are slightly different sizes depending on the batches they are made in. I don't think StewMac has their tools made to very tight specs.

Yeah the only portion that was too tight is the shoulder right where the file portion ends and transitions to the handle. Other than that everything is fine. (Except for the gaps in my top layer, this is the first thing I've printed with the .6 nozzle)

I have a 5080 and a 5082, and they both fit a little differently.. so yeah Stewmac's specs definitely vary
