Description

SPCTRM SMG-10

IMPORTANT: This is a toy that fires a projectile! Never fire at pets or unwilling participants. This can damage drywall and eyeballs, use caution and protective eyewear. Never brandish this as a real weapon or bring it out in public. Just because you know it's a toy, doesn't mean other people will. Make sure to check your local laws regarding replica firearms/ toy guns. Enjoy, be safe, and be smart!

The SMG-10 is a bolt-action, shell-ejecting blaster inspired by the submachine guns of the 1960's. I designed this blaster with the goal of making a decently powerful blaster that could fit on an A1 mini bed, while still being able to eject shells and fire both printed projectiles or 6mm airsoft bbs. This project uses common M3 hardware, some pen springs and larger springs that will need to be purchased off of AliExpress.

*These springs can be taken from mechanical pens or pencils if you prefer.

** Springs in these exact length will be difficult or impossible to find, I recommend purchasing 305mm Springs with the required wire & outer diameter off of AliExpress, and cutting them to the required length. All my models uses 10mm outer diameter springs with wire diameters from 0.6-1.0 mm, so if you like this one or my other models, I would recommend buying multiples.
