Card Shuffler Crank Handle

The *Noris Manual Card Shuffler is a great manual shuffler that's well received on Amazon; as well as, a lot of different gaming websites.  It's my personal favourite, non-motorized, off the shelf shuffler but it has a fatal flaw in the design of the crank handle and it tends to break easily.  The fragile handle is the #1 complaint across websites and the #1 reason for product returns.

I've redesigned the handle to be a lot more durable and reliable (plus if it breaks in the future, just reprint it for a few cents worth of filament), and it fits perfectly in the storage slot provided at the bottom of the shuffler.
 

In this profile, there are two different plates.  You only need to print ONE OF THE PLATES.

Plate #1 is two pieces, the crank handle and a sleeve that slips on and rotates allowing for a smoother feel while cranking.  The inside of the sleeve has an internal ridge at one end of it, preventing it from coming off.  The arrow on the sleeve indicates the end you should push over the handle.

Plate #2 is a single piece crank handle (no rotating handle sleeve)

All pieces are printed vertically with supports.  I had various issues with quality trying to print these horizontally but feel free to try on your own.  Printed in PLA however PETG will be stronger and improve longevity.

* Many other manufacturers have used the Noris design, or even simply rebranded units as their own.  While I can't compare all the different rebrands, from the pictures I've seen the parts are identical so this crank handle may work with any number of other shufflers.
