Lightweight packable stool - 2 sizes
Print Profile(3)

Description
A collapsible ultra-lightweight stool designed for maximum portability.
The stool's legs screw securely into the base of the stool for use and eyelets are provided on the underside for stowage using a tied piece of bungee cord - The design is intended to use 4mm cord, the standard size needs approx 45-50cm of cord, the larger size needs around 65-70cm, tied as shown below:

A carry eyelet is also provided to attach to bag straps or similar via a short rope loop or a carabiner - I find a printed carabiner works really well for this.
The feet are printed in TPU, for use on flat ground/floors these aren't strictly necessary but help on uneven surfaces. The feet can simply be pushed onto the ends of the legs and friction will hold them in place securely, alternatively a small blob of glue will fix them permanently.
The model is available in 2 sizes, with 3 different print profiles
Original lightweight - Designed for minimum weight measuring 21cm across and 26cm tall this is ideal as a footstool or a stool for a child. Weighs only 376g and tested to support over 50kg.
Original reinforced - Same dimensions as the lightweight model but with some reinforcement throughout, provides additional load bearing and strength for sideways shear movement. 436g, tested to support 75kg comfortably.
NOTE: The reinforcement around the screw threads on the legs of this profile makes this an especially challenging print on a bed slinger such as the A1, as the legs are slightly top-heavy. Please ensure your bed is clean and running at the correct temperature for optimal adhesion, otherwise the print is liable to fall over 80-90% through.
Larger reinforced - A full adult-sized stool with a generous 30cm width and 33cm height, the model readily supports 150kg evenly-distributed but requires a larger-sized printer such as an H2D to print, and weighs 937g.
Tested weights are with static loads and printed using Bambu Basic PLA - I would recommend avoiding filaments with weaker layer adhesion, such as Matte PLA.
