Description

The original rubber came loose so we needed a replacement. It fits on the original tyre and can be screwed in place with the existing mounting holes.

Printing:

We used three walls and 20% infill with a layerheight of 0.3mm.

Printing was great in red TPU.

Fitting lawnmowers:

Flymo: 1200R
Gardena: R38Li, R40Li, R45Li, R50Li, R70Li, R80Li
Husqvarna: Automower®105, 305, 308
McCulloch: ROB R600

These tires are awesome! Printed them in black TPU for my Gardena R50Li, and they fit perfectly. Really impressed by the design and how well they mounted – the mower is back in action! Thanks for sharing this great model! 🙌

super! I printed it with TPU 95A HF, but with 4 walls, on the A1mini. with ~97% scaling it also fits on the small plate of the A1mini and of course the profile also sits perfectly on the wheel. Printing diagonally with TPU was not a good idea, the print shook
