Description
Japanese Short Sword
This Japanese short sword features a Ko-zori (small curvature) blade arc, Suguha (straight hamon) pattern, and Shinogi-tō (ridged) blade structure.
The blade measures approximately 250mm, specifically designed for 250-class print beds. This represents the maximum printable length achievable without blade segmentation on printers of this size. Mini printers cannot print the full version directly - a separate 3MF file for mini models is provided, mandatory blade segmentation.
The model prints easily with minimal supports. Support surfaces are located internally, ensuring no visible impact on aesthetics. Imperfections on support surfaces will not affect functionality.
Assembly requires adhesive, but the internal structural design provides optimal strength and prevents misalignment during bonding.
All components shown below:

Assembly tutorial follows.

The strength of 3D-printed knives cannot be guaranteed and they are suitable only for light-duty tasks, such as cutting paper or opening Amazon packages. Unless otherwise specified, all of my knife designs are intended for light-duty use only.
