Set for generic PETG slowed down and hotter then the default profile. The original model also had some errors that were repaired in this.&nbsp;

I had to print 11 spools and tweaked the settings after each one, gradually improving the reliability, quality and speed of the prints. Using the larger nozzle and settings in this print profile, the time taken to print an entire spool has been reduced by approximately two hours with very little reduction in quality.&nbsp;This profile is designed for the X1/X1C/X1E/P1S printers, for use with Bambu Lab ASA filament.&nbsp;The profile contains settings for:<ul><li>0.6mm Nozzle</li><li>0.42mm Layer Height</li><li>Textured PEI Build Plate</li><li>ASA Filament</li><li>Brims</li></ul>Brims have been added to the inner hole to prevent layer adhesion and stringing issues which otherwise occurred. Don&#39;t forget to remove them after printing!&nbsp;I recommend the following:<ul><li>Bed temperature of 100C-110C</li><li>Nozzle temperature 270C</li><li>Preheat the bed until the chamber reaches 40C+ before beginning the print</li><li>Max volumetric speed slightly lowered to 14mm³/s</li></ul>I hope you find this print profile useful and welcome all feedback.

This is the same profile as the main however a modifier was added which makes the first couple layers go slower to not have problems with first layer adhesion with the constant circles. You can adjust the speed by clicking the yellow box, going to objects, speed, and changing outer wall inner wall. You can also adjust the height of the yellow box to slow less layers if you like.

This print profile is designed to use those filament colors that we use less frequently. It maintains the same aesthetic but reduces the use of the external material we like the most, such as classic white.&nbsp; Alternatively, you can use this profile to add some personality to your spools with the craziest color combinations!

I wanted more of the exact Bambu reusable spools with the holes from the factory so I 3D scanned one. The file i have uplaoded has bigger holes than the one you see in the picture to actually match the Bambu spool. I am going to print more with clear PETG to match the translucent ones from Bambu.
