This cyclone separator has a lower profile than conventional ones. It also features a larger opening (100mm) through which dust falls into the collection container, preventing clogging.
Additionally, I have designed a nozzle for the intake chamber onto which a standard vacuum cleaner bag can be fitted. The bag is then locked in place by two buttons via a 180° rotation. This bag catches any remaining dust.

The two cyclone parts are screwed together using eight DIN 912-M5x16 screws. The screws are self-tapping.

The adapter for the intake side fits my 4-way blast gate "Rotate".
The outlet to the vacuum cleaner is designed with a rotatable osVAC M32 nozzle.
