Bambulab A1mini first layer is not sticking, no matter what I try. (before this, I printed a similar one, all without problems)

tried to print it on an Flashforge AD5X and the top part of the hinge in the slicer and in the end print is a solid piece making it impossible to open/close any ideas? like I mentioned even in the slicer (Orca-Flashforge) the top layers of the hinge are presented as a solid piece!
