Air-powered Rotating Siren
Print Profile(1)

Description
⚠️This model may damage hearing, please use it reasonably⚠️
Air-powered rotating siren model.
Its resonance frequency is approximately 4359Hz (123dB measured with a compressor), with the breath
I get a sound of 1395Hz at 103dB.
For use with breath, it is necessary to blow with a flow directed towards this part:

For use with a compressor, the same configuration as for blowing can be used and blown obliquely here:

Assembly:
First, for good performance, it is strongly recommended to sand the surfaces to have minimal contact between the propeller and the frame (you can also use wear from use with a compressor to smooth the walls).

First step: insert the small shaft into the intended location (on the side of the helical flow diverter).

Second step: Clip the shaft support with the 4 notches provided so that the shaft protrudes outwards from the part.

Third step: Place the part in the frame with the propeller on the open side of the main frame and close it by clipping it into the intended locations.

Regarding printing parameters, it is possible to print the model with a 0.4mm nozzle, but increased sanding will be necessary. A 0.2mm to 0.08mm nozzle is optimal for the greatest printing precision and thus better performance with easier sanding.
Boost Me (for free)
Feel free to boost me to help me get printing material to test my models.
PS: Use headphones for the compressor, it slightly damaged my ears in 1.5 seconds of exposure.
