Print Bed Exchange System for Free

Changes print beds via GCODE, allowing for continuous printing.

I printed ALL parts with at least 3 wall lines, 25-35% grid infill, and 6 bottom and 6 top layers to ensure stability.

For those wishing to make modifications, the STEP (Fusion360) and CAD files are available online, simply download and adjust as needed.

The system is in the testing phase; please report any errors so that it can be continuously improved. A detailed parts list will follow, a general overview is provided below.

I am happy to send individual STEP files for modification!

70cm PLA/ABS/ASA/PETG Bowden tube

2x M4 weight

8x M3x20 countersunk screws

2x M3x15 or M3x16 countersunk screws

40x M3 nuts

6x M3x8 or M3x10 pan head screws

2x M2.5x15 self-tapping screws

1x hollow screw for 1.8mm Bowden tube

1x felt (3cm wide, 50cm long for print bed support)

4x M3 double-sided adhesive tape, 3x5cm

1x 3.2mm drill bit

CAUTION!

The GCODE (End GCODE) must be modified!

I will publish this here (within 24-48 hours), I am currently retesting it!
