This is a 300% upscaled version of LEG0 set 30664, designed specifically for 3D printing. All parts have been carefully recreated to accurately reflect the original set – now as a large-scale display model, perfect for your shelf or to impress fellow LEG0 and 3D printing enthusiasts.

The model consists of multiple separate parts that need to be printed and assembled according to the instructions. One element requires gluing – details are provided below.

🛠️ Printing & Assembly Instructions

1. Fit Test

Before printing the actual model, make sure to print the two test bricks (photo below).

Their purpose is to check if your printer's tolerances allow the parts to fit together with a proper press-fit.

  • If the bricks are too tight or don’t fit at all, go to Bambu Studio > Quality tab and adjust the following settings:
    • Hole X-Y Compensation
    • Contour X-Y Compensation
  • If the parts feel too loose, you can:
    • slightly adjust the compensation settings,
    • or use glue for a secure bond.

2. Printing the Model

Supports are already pre-configured in the provided print profile – no changes are necessary.

3. Assembly

  • Assemble all parts in the order shown in the visual instructions.
  • One part requires gluing – instructions for this step are linked below.

📌 To glue this part properly:

  • Assemble the model up to the point shown in the photo.

  • Apply glue in the highlighted areas.

  • Press the parts together and let them fully cure before continuing.
