Description
Cutout and Drilling Template for Mecruiser Alpha and Beta Transoms.
Includes removable 6mm Pilot Drill inserts for 14mm Mounting holes and alignment with Crankshaft Centre Line.
I had to remove 10mm from the outside profile so that it could be printed on the Bambu X1.
It requires 4 x 3mm x 6mm long countersink screws to assemble it into a rigid template.
Be careful when screwing in the M3 screws as these are 3D modeled threads and are not very forgiving.
Use entirely at own risk, if I miscalculated anything I will not be responsible for any errors but are happy to correct anything you find.
It's printed in 2 pieces and joined together with a butt join plate.
Printed on Bambu X1 and P1P, no supports, easy print.
The 14mm > 6mm pilot drill adapters are show on the wrong side of the plate, makes no difference, I just added them to the bottom instead of the top of the plate, will fix that when I have chance.
