External Roller Shutter Stopper – Ø22 mm / H25 mm

This is a functional 3D printable stopper designed for external roller shutter systems. The component is intended to serve as a mechanical end-stop for the bottom bar of the shutter, preventing excessive movement or impact during opening and closing operations.

The stopper has a cylindrical geometry with a diameter of 22 mm and a height of 25 mm, suitable for standard roller shutter profiles. The internal feature includes a cross-shaped mounting hole optimized for secure installation using a standard screw. This internal cross slot enhances grip and alignment during fastening, ensuring a reliable fit in various applications.

This model is intended for durable FDM printing using weather-resistant materials such as PETG, suitable for outdoor exposure, however I used PLA for testing.

Ideal for replacement, maintenance, or customization of external window roller shutter systems.

Print using 0,20mm Strength @BBL profile. Support is not necessary.
