Description

This is a 15+

round side loading speed loader for the Mean Arms 9MM Endo Mag PMAG inserts and the Mean Arms ExoMag. This works with both ejector and ejectorless models. The print settings are for normal use, but for the strongest version, change walls to 6 and infill up to 30-70%. Please message me if you have questions.

printed on a P1S in PLA, great work was looking for this, but the pusher handle broke right away, it is hard to get them to load, I am using an Exomag

Hmm. I have had no issues on my side with this. Check to make sure the mag is seated properly. It shouldn’t be that had to load them, so ensure everything is lining up correctly between the rails inside the part that holds the mag and where the rounds enter the mag. Please let me know if you see anything that doesn’t line up. When did you receive this mag?

it looks like you are trying this on an exomag, not an endomag?

Great idea - I did full send on 6 walls with PLA and it had trouble getting the rounds into the magazine. May need to be worked through a bit or I possibly needed to scale it up a half of a percent?

Thanks for the rating. Can you see where it is binding up? If the rounds are removing a little bit of the pla with each run through, then maybe just a few uses will clear up the binding issues. If it’s too stiff and not removing any material, then maybe reprinting scaled at a half percent would do the trick. I’ve been running mine with 4 walls and no issues, so maybe that half percent will make enough room without getting the spacing too large

Yeah I think 4 walls would be plenty for this piece. I actually printed it for a friend of mine so I don't have it to break in. He had all my endomags so I couldn't even test it out before handing it over to him at the range. I just let him keep it. I'll print another for myself in the near future

Haha I know how that goes. I also designed a top load version which should be under my profile if you’d like to take a look at that as another alternative.

it is designed to the size of a 9mm so I don’t think so. I can try and design a .223 version sometime later this week or next and will let you know when complete if you’d like

Is this for the 'ejector' or 'ejectorless' magazines?
