French Guillotine with victim
Print Profile(1)

Description
This superbly-designed guillotine which I found on Sketchfab is by Flenehens, who made it freely available.
I did a moderate amount of editing work to make the 3D illustration printable, but the aesthetic credit goes to Flenehens, who designed it in Blender.
I separated the crossbar to simplify the print, as well as the top lunette. The crossbar has holes in so it can be pushed into the two spars. You can also flex the blade to fit it in between the uprights. I also made a bascule.
As an extra, I thought it might need a poor victim, so I designed one. There are two versions - one you can just place on the bascule or have standing alongside, the other with the bascule built in. Of course, you needn't print either.
The model doesn't function - the blade and lunette can be moved to suit your needs, but this model is for display.
It printed really well, but be careful removing tree supports.
Feel free to improve or remix it, but it cannot be sold under the creator's licensing terms.
