DC4 Sharpening Stone Multifunction Handle

An ergonomic, screw-free handle designed specifically for the Fallkniven DC4 sharpening stone. This 3D-printed accessory enhances grip, adds protection, and integrates smart sharpening aids—perfect for both field and bench use. Compact, practical, and full of small features to improve your sharpening experience.

AMS is not mandatory—you can print the handle in dual color by pausing and switching filament. AMS is needed for the writing on the cover, but the model prints fine without it.

• ✅ Cover base extension feature – flip the cover upside down and insert the handle into it to create a wider base for improved grip or table use
• ✅ Friction fit – no screws or glue needed, the stone is held securely in place

Assembly & Fit Notes:

• The cover fits tightly by design—no locking system required.
• After printing, sand the small side edges to fine-tune the friction level.
• Tip: To test the fit more easily, place the cover upside down and insert the handle into it from above—this gives you better control and makes it easier to remove the handle if the fit is too tight.
• You can use the diamond side of the DC4 stone to do this—just 1 to 3 light passes are usually enough.
• To use the built-in strop holder, simply glue an 18mm x 80mm leather strip, up to 3.5mm thick, onto the included strop insert.
