The individual cups/mini-trays push-fit into the base, with the covers for each day tray sliding into the groove with a satisfying click that ensures that they stay put until opened. Available in a range of sizes to suit your needs - plate 3 contains one of each size to let you try them out if you need help choosing which size is best for you.

Update 5 (30/11/2025):  The V.2 Base tray release (all language print profiles updated). Larger and more legible debossed text, slightly looser fitting tray for easier cup removal, alongside a strength, print speed and quality improvement. Thank you for your feedback and comments, they have guided this latest release which has: a V.2 tray base (plate 1), the original V.1 tray base (plate 2 - if you prefer smaller text and a tighter fit for the day cups), along with the sizing tools (Plate 3) and the range of container options (plates 4-6).

Update 4 (04/10/2025): Notes no longer applicable - update 5 superceeds these update notes and integrates a fast print option.

A new “quick print - one colour" version with embossed text (works really nicely with a textured plate providing the pattern for the slide lids to differentiate sides) is now available in the print profiles beneath the language options - keeping it as its own print profile hopefully makes it less confusing to choose between versions. I will endeavour to add the remaining language variations to this print profile over the next while but feel free to request languages if yours isn't there.

Update 3 (06/08/2025):  Each print profile now has 3 sizes of containers (see photo above) a standard “original” size and now a 150% capacity and 200% capacity version; along with plate 2 being arranged to print one of each size to help you identify what size will fit your needs, if required.

Update 2 (04/07/2025):  The new click closed day-trays/cups are live and have been updated in all of the print profiles. For accessibility purposes should the new lid style be too difficult for some people to open easily I have added an additional print profile at the end of the list called “Original Friction Fit “Easy Open” Trays” with the original friction fit version of the lid which are easier to open if you have difficulties with your hands (if this is you, please print that profile instead of Plate 3 in the language that suits you. If you already have a full set printed from the original print profile and want to upgrade your day-trays to the new versions, you only need to print one set of your choice of size from Plates 3-to-5 as they are backwards compatible with the original tray remaining push-fit. Thanks for all of your support, and @scoutmedic for their feedback which lead to this update.

Update 1 (30/04/2025): Added several different language versions (Español, Française, Deutsch & Svenska), hopefully they are helpful. Please let me know if you would like one in an additional language and I will get that made as soon as possible.
