Description

3D Printed Router Plate.

Designed for the Dewalt DCW600 20V Compact router. Should fit other trim routers with similar footprints.

Based off the baseplate that comes with the tool, but center hole reduced slightly to accept brass router bushings for carving from templates. My bushing set has a 30mm thread diameter and was found on Amazon.

Can be like a standard baseplate, or with the bushings installed. The colored plastic doesn't block any visual of the tool bit.

Printed out of PETG with Bambu's .2mm Strength profile.

Great print, saved me $20. I printed in PLA-CF and it seems pretty strong with the 25% infill, but if I could do it again I'd probably go 50% infill.

Looks like it turned out well! I've also thought about just using this as a router template for a wooden baseplate, but that gets too meta. Router baseplate. Routed with a router. Presumably that router would have some type of baseplate...

I printed this. I have a Rockler brass set that I have had for many years that was unused because my large corded router lacked the finesse that I wanted. Print was great 30 mm fit. The rocker set perfect snapping into the base plate with zero slack. I look forward to using it with the DeWalt palm router that is easier to manage and finesse. Thank you so much for creating this.
